L-TREONIAN MAGNEZU




L-treonian magnezu jest jedynym związkiem magnezu, który łatwo pokonuje barierę krew-mózg.
Jest to bardzo ważne, ponieważ własnie zdrowie mózgu najbardziej cierpi z powodu jego niedoboru. Objawiać się to może depresją, zaburzeniami snu, problemami z pamięcią.
Magnez jest potrzebny w całym organiźmie, ponieważ jest kluczowym elementem w ponad 300 procesach fizjologicznych i biochemicznych. Gdy brakuje magnezu, jego miejsce zajmują toksyczne metale ciężkie, które nie mogą działać jak magnez i to decyduje o ich toksycznosci.
Jego stosowanie u zwierząt doświadczalnych pozwalało w dużym stopniu poprawić ich pamięć i zdolność uczenia się - zdolności kognitywne (18).
Badania kliniczne na ludziach pokazują jego pomocną rolę w przypadku demencji typu Alzheimera i w innych chorobach degeneracyjnych mózgu oraz w depresji i bezsenności.

Podczas dotychczasowego stosowania treonianu magnezowego zaobserwowano, że jest to suplement magnezu najbardziej ze wszystkich dostępny biologicznie ze względu na bardzo dobre wchłanianie z przewodu pokarmowego oraz przenikanie do komórek i struktur komórkowych.  Podczas jego stosowania obserwowano też mniejszą tendencję do wywoływania biegunek w porównaniu z innymi doustnymi preparatami magnezu.
